1. Your Relationship with Alishan Cottage Camping Resort 
  1.1 These Terms of Use govern your use of the "Alishan Cottage Camping Resort Platform" (alishanvilla.rezio.shop) and any other online or offline services provided by us, as well as your travel consumption behavior through Alishan Cottage Camping Resort (collectively referred to as the "Services of Alishan Cottage Camping Resort").

2. Services of Alishan Cottage Camping Resort 
  2.1 The Services of Alishan Cottage Camping Resort provide you with a simple and convenient way to purchase travel packages, transfer services, tickets, and other travel experiences provided by Alishan Cottage Camping Resort or third-party suppliers ("Suppliers") through the Alishan Cottage Camping Resort platform. You understand and agree that the specific services you purchase are for personal use only and are not for commercial purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you also agree that we have the right to change, suspend, or terminate any service from time to time and impose regulations, restrictions, or revised terms on specific services, or restrict your use of some or all of the services, without prior notice. 
  2.2 You may be required to pay fees to Suppliers when using the Services of Alishan Cottage Camping Resort, and you will be required to comply with the Supplier's service terms. You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for these fees and that you will pay these fees and comply with the Supplier's service terms. 
  2.3 We will strive to maintain the operation of the Services of Alishan Cottage Camping Resort and the Alishan Cottage Camping Resort platform, but we do not guarantee that the services or platform will always operate normally or be free from external factors. You agree that we have the right to deny you access to the Alishan Cottage Camping Resort platform or to use the Services of Alishan Cottage Camping Resort, and you also agree that we have the right to modify, suspend, interrupt, or terminate the Services or platform of Alishan Cottage Camping Resort without prior notice.

3. Platform Content

  3.3 You understand and agree that during your use or access to the Platform Content, we may not know the identity of other third-party users interacting with you or predict or control their behavior, and thus we cannot guarantee the truthfulness or accuracy of the content, data, or information provided by other third-party users on the Alishan Cottage Camping Resort platform.

4. Information You Provide 
  4.1 You agree and authorize us to use your personal information according to the Alishan Cottage Camping Resort Privacy Policy. 
  4.2 To gather feedback for improving the services of Alishan Cottage Camping Resort, you agree to receive invitations to provide guest reviews via SMS, email, or the Alishan Cottage Camping Resort platform. You may choose whether or not to submit a guest review. When you submit a guest review to Alishan Cottage Camping Resort, you irrevocably agree to grant (a) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license for Alishan Cottage Camping Resort or Suppliers to reproduce, adapt, excerpt, revise, translate, create derivative works, or otherwise use your review, including but not limited to using any media format and distributing it via any media channels; and (b) a non-exclusive license for users of the Alishan Cottage Camping Resort platform to access, use, reproduce, create derivative works, or otherwise reasonably use your review for non-commercial purposes through the Alishan Cottage Camping Resort platform. However, unless otherwise agreed in writing, this license does not affect your ownership of the materials you provide.
  4.4 You guarantee that all materials you provide (including but not limited to text, photos, images, and videos) do not violate any legal regulations and do not infringe on the rights of any third parties. The use of such materials by Alishan Cottage Camping Resort will not infringe on any third-party rights. You understand that you are solely responsible for the materials you provide, and Alishan Cottage Camping Resort is not responsible for any errors or omissions in them. 
  4.5 You explicitly agree that we have the discretion to remove any materials you provide from the Alishan Cottage Camping Resort platform at any time.

5. Your Commitments
  5.1 You shall use the services of Alishan Cottage Camping Resort or the Alishan Cottage Camping Resort platform solely in accordance with these Terms of Use, and you shall bear full legal responsibility for all actions related to your use of the services or the platform.
  5.2 You agree to the following commitments:

   (b) You shall not circumvent, damage, or interfere with any security measures controlling the use of the services of Alishan Cottage Camping Resort, extract or mine content from the services, or use the services in a manner inconsistent with personal use.
   (c) Unless permitted by these Terms of Use or other rules, you shall not engage in, cause, allow, or authorize any translation, reverse engineering, disassembly, or hacking of any aspect of the services of Alishan Cottage Camping Resort (including any content available through the services), or attempt to engage in any such acts, or attempt to use any part of the services in a way that differs from its designed purpose.

6. Order Confirmation and Refund Policy
  6.1 Through the Alishan Cottage Camping Resort platform, you can select and purchase tourism packages, transportation services, tickets, and other related tourism services in specific currencies. Except for certain orders that are immediately confirmed after placement, other orders must be confirmed by Alishan Cottage Camping Resort or the supplier before they become valid. You agree to receive booking confirmations via SMS, email, or mobile app. You understand and agree that the estimated time for the confirmation of orders indicated on the platform is for reference only, and we may adjust the confirmation time depending on the actual situation.
  6.2 Alishan Cottage Camping Resort reserves the right to change or adjust the prices and fees for tourism packages, transportation services, tickets, and other related services at any time. Such changes may be published via SMS, email, website, or mobile app. If you use the services of Alishan Cottage Camping Resort after such changes, you agree to accept the new prices and fees.
  6.3 You agree that Alishan Cottage Camping Resort may, at its discretion, refuse or cancel any bookings or orders that may violate these Terms of Use.
  6.4 You agree to pay for your order according to the payment method accepted by us. You understand and agree that we are under no obligation to process or execute your order until you have completed payment as per our instructions. Except as otherwise specified in these Terms of Use, the amounts you have paid for orders are non-refundable.
  6.5 In cases where the services you selected are provided by a supplier and not by Alishan Cottage Camping Resort, the supplier will independently accept or refuse your booking or order and is responsible for providing all related services. If you have any questions about the supplier's services, you may contact them for the most direct information, or you may reach out to Alishan Cottage Camping Resort, and we will attempt to contact the supplier to seek a resolution.
  6.6 You understand and agree that any services provided by the supplier may incur additional taxes or fees depending on the actual situation, and you may be obligated to directly pay the supplier or relevant tax authorities. Although we have requested the supplier to provide the latest and correct information on the usage terms, restrictions, and prices for their services, Alishan Cottage Camping Resort cannot guarantee that all content displayed on the platform is accurate at all times. If your order is canceled by the supplier, Alishan Cottage Camping Resort will notify you using a reasonable method.
  6.7 If you cancel your booking within the cancellation period stated on the Alishan Cottage Camping Resort platform, and your cancellation is confirmed by us or the supplier, the amount you paid will be refunded to you using the same payment method. You fully understand and agree that the refunded amount may differ from the amount you originally paid due to exchange rates or service fees charged by credit card companies or payment processors.
  6.8 Use of Electronic Vouchers
   6.8.1 If you select tourism packages, transportation services, tickets, or other related services via the Alishan Cottage Camping Resort platform, you will receive an SMS or email confirming your order after successful booking. This confirmation will include your order number and an electronic voucher for the selected services ("Electronic Voucher"). You may print your Electronic Voucher for use.
   6.8.2 You understand and agree that you must comply with any additional usage terms or restrictions set by Alishan Cottage Camping Resort or the supplier regarding the Electronic Voucher, including but not limited to: you must be present at the designated meeting location at the specified time, and present the required documents (such as a photo ID, order number, and your Electronic Voucher). If you fail to meet these conditions, you may not be able to redeem the services or request a refund.
   6.8.3 You understand and agree that if your Electronic Voucher or order number is lost or stolen, Alishan Cottage Camping Resort or the supplier is not obligated to reissue the Electronic Voucher or provide the services marked by the Electronic Voucher. Additionally, if you attempt to fraudulently redeem the voucher, such as by being underage, Alishan Cottage Camping Resort or the supplier has the right to refuse to accept the voucher and is not required to provide a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability
  7.1 You understand that platform content may be provided by suppliers, and you agree that we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of such content. You agree not to hold us responsible for any platform content provided by suppliers.
  7.2 You agree that any content exchanged or transmitted with Alishan Cottage Camping Resort through the platform is not confidential and may be read or intercepted by others. You understand and acknowledge that no confidential, fiduciary, or other cooperative legal relationship has been established between you and us.
  7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Alishan Cottage Camping Resort and its directors, executives, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages caused to you by any breach of these Terms of Use, use of the Alishan Cottage Camping Resort platform, or other negligence.
  7.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that if you are dissatisfied with our services, your only remedy is to stop using our services. In the event of any liability on our part, the maximum compensation will be limited to the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification
  8.1 You must indemnify Alishan Cottage Camping Resort and its directors, executives, managers, employees, and agents against any third-party claims arising from your violation of these Terms of Use or infringement of others' intellectual property or other rights while accessing the platform or using the services of Alishan Cottage Camping Resort.
  8.2 In response to the third-party claims, Alishan Cottage Camping Resort may require you to defend any claim or legal action and engage in settlement negotiations. However, you shall not take any legal actions that may adversely affect our rights without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

10. Visa and Insurance
  10.1 Regardless of your nationality or the destination of your travel, you are responsible for understanding the current entry regulations for your destination. Since visa and health check regulations may change unexpectedly and without notice, we recommend that you confirm the relevant regulations before your departure.
  10.2 For your own benefit, we recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance before your departure.

11. Dispute Resolution
You agree that any disputes or conflicts arising from your use of Alishan Cottage Camping Resort’s services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the lowest level court in the area where Alishan Cottage Camping Resort is located.

12. Other Matters
  12.1 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
  12.2 We may assign these terms or any rights and obligations arising from these terms to a third party, and may delegate any obligations under these terms to any third party. You may not assign these terms or any rights and obligations arising from these terms, either directly or indirectly, without our prior written consent.
